Warp Beam Lift Truck (Drawn-in Chain electric EE-KHUR 20…50) With tube grippers for inserting drawn-in full warp beams in weaving machines and alternatively also central support arm (M) for drawn-in twin warp beams. Very manoeuvrable, one-man QSC machine with a load capacity of up to 5000 kg. The vehicle is hardly longer than the warp beam and can be turned on the spot. This lift truck can also be used highly efficiently in narrow aisles. As a standard, the weaving harness is handled by means of the appliance for the heald shafts and contact bars. A special mounting system for the “Stäubli-UNIPORT” method (not included) is also available. Since the weaving machine does not have to be driven around with the warp beam lift truck chassis, this model is compatible with a wide range of weaving machine types and widths. The automatic motion sequence of the supporting rollers when lowering the pipe grabs and the hydraulic side-shifting of the warp beam in the machine facilitate the positioning of the warp beam in the warp beam bearing. The optionally available, patented central support arm (M) can be removed with little effort. This means that the machine can be used for both full and half warp beams.
